The location was just outside the famous city wall in a quiet residential area and about a 10 minute walk from the railway station pulling a small case. It was a great b&b, clean, quiet and spacious and the communication about accessing the property was excellent. The breakfast was the usual continental buffet but fresh and varied with a great coffee machine. The room was lovely with a comfy king size bed, air con and an ensuite bathroom, good shower and good towels. We had a two night stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book if we ever go again.

Great B&B with fantastic breakfast and great staff

Super clean and tidy. The external bathroom is private to your room only (not shared with other guests) and is large and well equipped. There's a fabulous coffee machine in the shared kitchen that makes excellent espresso, cappincinos etc. The included breakfast has lots of options to choose from and quite good. Short walk to get into the old walled city.

Great location! Great check-in via phone...we were walked through to our key pick-up and room! Room is basic for 2 people with on-suite bathroom (not all tooms have this but do have private hall baths.) Cute newly done bathroom, and continental breakfast included. Located less than 5 minute walk to one of Lucca's portas. Very convenient! And host is very friendly!!!!

The location couldn’t be better—just steps from Lucca’s historic walls, yet in a quiet, peaceful area that allows for true rest. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, with thoughtful touches in every corner that reflect both comfort and character. Mornings were a highlight thanks to the delicious breakfasts—fresh, generous, and served with care. A perfect start to days filled with discovery. What truly made the experience special was the friendly and welcoming owner, whose gracious hospitality made me feel immediately at home. This B&B perfectly captures the spirit of Lucca—elegant, relaxed, and deeply memorable. I left with a full heart and already look forward to returning. Highly recommended to anyone seeking authenticity, comfort, and a touch of Tuscan magic.

Great location just outside walls and less than a 10 minute walk to the train station. Very happy with my room, which had an en suite bathroom and private balcony. Nice breakfast . Friendly staff

This B&B is very convenient to the walled city. It was really easy to walk to any part of "Old Lucca." The staff was extra nice and helpful. I felt very comfortable. The room was also spacious. There is a grocery store a couple of blocks away. Access to the full kitchen was great! I would definitely stay here again.
