Good place to stay.

The only thing I regret was buying the breakfast as I was unaware it was not in the same building and I felt as though the breakfast options were very limited. However the hotel itself was great and the staff were very helpful!

Smaller

Staff was nice young man but some times hard to find him. Need to ring bell then show up. May be he was alone on that time.

The room was nice but one wall had a stain of I don't know what Is like a 10 mins walk away from the nearest subway station The staff was really nice

Clean room, friendly staff, great amenities and very accessible.

hotel was more backpack or hostel. room was clean and very basic, no place to put bags/luggage. staff were friendly and tried to be helpful but uaually not...i.e. would not call taxi. taxi drivers had difficulty finding for drop off. English only via translation app.

Staff are friendly but most of the time are not around

Clean , comfy , close to stations.

This hotel is truly a gem. I can’t believe how nice it was and in a great location in Kyoto. Super clean, great beds, and great service all around for a crazy cheap price. Highly recommend, best place we stayed in Japan.
