I prepaid for six nights but ended up staying only one night because I was very uncomfortable. The room had an unpleasant smell, and I did not feel welcomed or comfortable because of the staff’s attitude. When I checked out the next morning, I asked if I could get a refund for the remaining five nights, but I was told that no refund was possible. I had no choice but to leave, which meant I lost the money I had paid for the remaining five nights. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, and I cannot recommend staying here.

This is one of the worst hotel I have stayed in my life . This should never be allowed on this listing as a hotel. This is an old building, no hot water, dirty toilets, dusty room, bathroom was so disgusting that my dog would not stay. The picture on the app was not how the hotel looks like , they have posted pictures from some other hotel maybe. If this not removed from the marketing ad I will never stay or book again in my life. Very disappointed

They rob me like no other robber does because I already paid with online platform and also need to pay them when I check in there they change my booking by asking booking documents and they over charge me also they behaviour os not good attitude like they came to rob me management and hotel all are same quality was not safe last two felling unsecured
