超赞 Great location. Hotel is a short distance from Canton Tower and great stopping malls.
Front desk staff Ethan H. is very helpful. We initially had a difficult time checking in. Upon learning about our situation, Ethan stepped in and made extrs effort to accommodate us, turning our stay into a pleasant experience. We booked an additional 3 nights stay thanks to his help.

Hotel counter staff, restaurant services crews and Housekeepers etc…All are very friendly and courteous. Very satisfied with the service.
The breakfast selection was extensive and varied.

The hotel room was clean but had weird configuration that gave me an impression that the it cluttered. And the hotel lobby was at a higher floor of the building which was also confusing to me. The location was very good though.
