Nice staff though there seen to be quite a few that do not speak English or Hebrew. Clean room. As there is a nice dining area in the room it would be nice if they had done utensils and a microwave.

Very dirty bad service Sheets have stains and rooms don’t look like pictures

Early October time. It's 32 C outside and the pool regardless of your location is cold. Not sure why the hotel is not taking step remediate. Where at 7 The room itself was big enough to accommodate the family and the kitchen was a great addition. However, the carpet and the sofabed is very outdated. Overall not a good value for the money we paid.

The rooms were wonderful. Staff were attentive and friendly. 2 minutes walk to the boardwalk and beach. Our room had a beautiful garden view. Definitely recommend.

Great hotel Nice pool especially the part with the sand area. Great location And maybe the fastest room service we’ve ever experience (I travel often) Will return.

The room described ss a large suite for 4 people had one queen and a sofabed, small flatscreen no coffe maschine , the halls were dirty , for 600$ a night , hard passs

Super clean, extremely kids friendly , very good quality food ( buffet can get pricey especially on Friday night and Saturday).

Big parking problem so if you don't have an app name Pango to pay with your credit card you can't park in the front of the hotel. The back gated free parking can fill about 100 cars when this hotel probably have about 700 rooms! Therefor I couldn't park the car nowhere at night and needed to wait in the car for hour until someone moved his car. The rooms looks from the 90's . its time to renovate. The pools are small with a lot of kids. 2 hours when I ask for the refund policy paper the manager told me they don't have one and just that there is no refund. Not recommending this hotel.
