Great logistics for Lotte World and Lotte Tower with lots of restaurants and bars in the area.

Their is a shope near hotel ,but the room not make clean, they missed to clean and we inform to clean

Room was extremely dirty. Bathroom terrible dirty. Black mold on the walls - it is dangerous for human health.

The price and location is good. Staffs are friendly and that’s about it. It will be nice to have mirror in the room and electric plug to use hair drier, hair curler and shavers. The worst part was the room and hallway air fragrance. It was so strong I had to move to other room. Almost considered canceling my stay due to my allergic reaction to smell.

Smoke smell

The entire staff of Forestar Hotel 2 were so incredibly kind, warm, and helpful to us during our month-long stay. The hotel manager and his staff did everything to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel itself is need of a little updating, but it’s really not a problem because of how positive everything else is. The area it’s located in is really convenient and fun, not to mention safe. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Seoul.

Staff professional, hotel clean, good dining options, and water pressure amazing.

Decent area and staff are nice. Was a bit tricky to find the place coz the bldg is very narrow but overall was good.

The property wasn’t bad but the room was a little run down. It did not look as nice as the pictures. The bed was uncomfortable, sheets had holes and the towels were very old.
