2 nd year we have stay at the Long Beach Hotel and would be happy to rerurn for a 3 rd year .Friendly and accommodating staff ,great breakfast buffet and a short walking distance to the beach ,restaurants and 7/11

Easy check in and out. All the staff courteous and helpful.
Very good breakfast. lots of choice.

8 night stay overall ,first time to Cha Am
experience was great ,would definitely return to this hotel
I prefer a quieter and more of a laid back holiday experience and this area of Cha Am provided that.

Stayed for 2 nights. Due to flight changes, had to move and cancel one night. Reached out to hotels.com 3 days prior to coming in. They mentioned that the hotel is not responding and cooperating with the changes.
We met in person with the staff and they were not open to change as well. Not open to exploring any options.
We asked for an iron but they didn’t seem to have one. Laundry service was quite expensive. They don’t mention the cost in advance.
