阿斯科特中央公寓酒店 (Perth Ascot Central Apartment Hotel)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Premises walking up stairway to room dirty carpet, walls dirty. Doors walls marked badly. Tea cups stained inside. Cleaned myself. Access in and out from Great Eastern Highway is challenging Front rooms get traffic noise. I won’t be going back there. Still haven’t received bond. Apparently transaction complete on the 23rd June. It’s now the 1st July

Clean and spacious with good parking outside

Close enough to the airport. And cheap enough too

Late check in was easy and good information explaining instructions

Good location, service and staff. Property manager, Rahul was very helpful.

Great place we stay everytime

Front desk is stated to be open until 8pm, Monday to Friday, however, upon arrival at approximately 7pm, it was all locked up and had to ring around to be able to check in.

Liked, 👍 price, location, parking, soundproof rooms. Staff pleasant and helpful. Dislike 👎 sleeping under doona without a second sheet, kitchen utensils needed serious cleaning, couch broken and uncomfortable, safe didn't work, bathroom ok but a little attention to detail would make it very good. And the property does not have a lift. Request ground floor if you can't manage baggage up stairs. Alright for short stay, would not stay for extended time.

The hotel wasn’t open when it was supposed to be. The key didn’t open the door had to get staff to open door. The bathrooms were in need of maintenance and a good clean.
