Enjoyed the stay. Was happy with everything. Would stay again

Better than a hotel room. It's next to the garrison pub in peaky blinders (called craven arms). It's near the centre of city.

The property was as described, clean, and in good condition. The check in process was smooth, they provided clear instructions as we were checking in on the weekend, so we had to self check in - but this was an easy and quick process. I rang up before booking, this was a last minute booking as another accommodation provider had been playing up, they were very helpful and friendly! I'd recommend fully staying here. Thank you!

The apartment was very clean, in a great location a well equipped. We found everything we needed for a comfortable stay in the heart of the city. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was a little tired, bedroom curtains broken , hooks missing so did not close correctly , crack in walls and floor had stains - good size property but based on standards I would say it was over priced

Apartment was well equipped and quite big , we had a slight problem checking in as our keys were not in the safe as promised

Property was spotlessly clean, warm & comfortable. Kitchen appeared well equipped although we only used the kettle! Would've preferred a manned reception on arrival although access instructions were clear & sent in advance of our stay. Literally across the road from The Mailbox & a Tesco Express so very well situated. Short walk to O2 and The Alexandra Theatre.

Apartment is tired and basic. It is well positioned for amenities around but very functional. On waking up we find the shower (it looked newly fitted) was not working so that was not great. Phoned duty manager (for the whole country it seems) says she will pass on details so expect a call. No call so far. Think these apartments would be ideal for 'party people' who just want to sleep. Would not want to spend much time there. Would not use again.

Easy check in, staff very helpful

Excellent location and was quiet at night. There were 4 of us staying but only had 2 towels and by the time we had realised it was too late s we were getting up and showered. Apartments clean, the one we stayed in was quite basic. Parking downstairs really easy and convenient. Overall good place to stay
