Good stay, I see where you’re improving on the upkeep of the property. When all is done it’s going to be much improved.

The room could have used a better clean; there was mold in the shower and the toilet was quite dirty with no brush to clean it ourselves either. The carpets were also stained. The air conditioning did not work at all and the room was very hot. The staff was rude. When we asked for an extra towel they asked “why” and it took about three tries to get this towel. The staff seemed displeased with speaking to us at every opportunity. The train station was very close by as well as a mcdonald’s though!

Unfortunately we weren't happy with the hotel, the staff was great, very friendly and tried to accommodate us but the property is old, dated and in need of an update. It's also a little outside of the main part of the city so would take a little longer to get to and fro. We knew this going in, thought we'd be ok with but the area was a little limited on options so we moved within an hour after arriving.

超赞 Reception Staffs are very professional, helpful and polite but there is No Hair Dryer in full Ibis Budget Hotel which is big problem to me. Thus I never take Ibis Budget in rest of my life
