Clean room; nice staff

Easy access and safe

Lovely hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. Central location and good price value. However, shower water wasn’t hot which can be uncomfortable in cold Hamburg.

The hotel desk employee was very helpful and booked a taxi for me. My flight (first of three flights) had been cancelled, and then I had to leave earlier than expected. Unfortunately, I could not stay for breakfast. In fact, I had to leave at 2:30 a.m., and I did not feel safe waiting for the taxi because two disheveled-looking mean saw me waiting with my suitcase, after I had locked my key inside the hotel. They sat down on the bench closest to the hotel and stared at me. I felt threatened, but nothing happened. I was quite relieved when the taxi arrived on time.

It was a great location and very comfortable! The breakfast was delicious.

Nice hotel, quiet, good breakfast, but overpriced for what it was.

Nice hotel, excellent breakfast, walking distance from train station, right next to the lake. The guy at reception at evening was super nice (Woman in the morning, not so much). They treat dogs very well, they provided bowls and sleeping mat for my dog. Unfortunately, I got a big allergy from dust from the curtain on my room. Other than that, I had a nice stay.

WiFi good, room very small but well laid out. Staff not overly friendly, but the two retrievers were.

Great location comfortable hotel adequate ameneties.

good overall, very poor wifi in the room. need to connect in the tiny lobby
