皇家Spa度假村 (The Royal Retreat Resort and Spa)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Quite a unique and exquisite property, every nook and cranny of this property is adorned with antiques and art pieces that keep surprising you moment to moment. The restaurant staff is so accommodating with exceptional service. Only thing you need to keep is n mind staying at their property is it will help if you have your own transportation, otherwise it can get tricky going in and out.

Great Ambience and Environment

Property is good but services is too poor minimum 3 calls required for anything even checkout

Improve food quality

This deluxe budgeted property. Good choice for friends and family weekend break. They need proper staff training. Rest all is fine.

its wonder full place

Very nice

Hotel royal retrea resort and spa is a good choice for travellers who have there own vehicle to drive to the resort. Resort is nestled into lush green mountain with maharaja designs through out the resort.

It was a pleasurable and relaxing vacation nestled in nature paradise around the Aravali mountain range.

I had booked two rooms. They asked for each person's ID who will be staying in the room.My mother wasn't carrying ID so they made me signed waiver her.I was asked relationships. I have been staying at hotels internationally for years.NEVER HEARD and been asked for provide IDs for all the persons.Rooms were not as per booking confirmation. No bathrobes, slippers or soaking tub. No balcony in one room where as booking was for room with balcony. We had a medical emergency so I called front desk for nearest doctor's info and phone number and asked if I can call the doctor from my room so front office staff said that local calls are chargeable and I will be charged even though booking info said local calls are free.No courtsey. Dusty furniture and phone. Noisy. Could not sleep in. NO ROYAL RETREAT...NEVER AGAIN.
