Only downside was the guests queuing up to use the rooftop pool , leaving towels on beds and not returning for ages , sad people

Our stay at Silver Sand Serenity was superb.The staff were very friendly and helpful. There service was superb. We definitely recommend this hotel. Tks

Property needs updating and attention to detail. The hotel would have been amazing when first opened and such a shame that the maintenance and cleanliness has not been maintained.

Really enjoyed my stay there. Some facilities could be improved but overall pretty good

Great hotel in a fantastic location in Candolim, walkable to beach and many restaurants / bars. Hotel was clean and comfortable, I didn't use the pool but it looked very nice.

Staff very pleasant... my safe wasnt working nor was the hot water but both sorted Not sure why not checked before room allocated?! Pool bar very clean although we were told we could charge drinks to room but constantly received calls in room to go and pay for them!

The Check-in experience was bad. The person in the check in counter was not friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was not included in my stay. I had to pay separately for the breakfast.

Worst property

Property wasn't helpful with local transport arrangements, had limited breakfast options, staff lacks hospitality experience and on asking for water they first tell you rates, rather than providing it first
