The hotel was beautiful and centrally located in the international terminal which made it convenient to rest before exploring the city. The staff was incredible and kind. Will come back again

Wow! What an amazing experience. The staff were fantastic, sweet, and very helpful. The rooms were very large, spotless, and luxurious. The bathroom was amazing and the amenities were top-notch. I wish we had stayed longer and will definitely stay there when we're in Tokyo.

Excellent fully stocked minibar provided free of charge. Fantastic spacious room. We requested an extra rollaway bed and that was ready when we arrived. All access to the onsen on the roof. Fabulous stay, wished we had more time to enjoy it!!

Hi I stay at Hotel Villa Fortaine Premier for this past week. I would like to acknowledge the staff at this location that they are very polite and helpful during my stay. The rooms are very clean and I enjoy the enjoy the sauna facility at the location. I will definitely stay at this property again on my next trip to Tokyo. Thank you for the hospitality that the staff provided and I had a wonderful experience.
