What a beautiful and pleasant hotel they just went above and beyond and I even made a new friend. I can’t wait to go back

We loved our stay.. room was clean, breakfast was fresh and delicious.. staff were very helpful

Hôtel parfait pour la proximité de l’aéroport à un prix plus que raisonnable. Nous avions une escale d’une quinzaine d’heures à Dubai et nous nous sommes posés à cet hôtel pour un peu de repos et une douche avant d’aller flâner au centre ville et d’y revenir pour quelques heures de sommeil avant notre vol. Super propre et fonctionnel.

Even after govt’s suggestions not to checkout. They are asking their guests to leave the hotel. Not accommodating even in the current situation. Zera empathy from the staff members and hotel. They are money sucking machines

Hotel staff are very helpfull.

I had problems getting Housekeeping to clean my room the first few days, but they sorted it out. After that, it was an enjoyable stay. The pool is nice and the stuff are friendly.

This hotel was terrible! I had called earlier to see if I could get an earlier check-in and was told no, check-in will be at 2 pm. No problem. So I arrived at 2:30pm. It was chaotic. At least 6 people were standing around the reception asking when their rooms would be ready. When I finally got to the room, there was 1 towel, some of the lights weren’t working, hairdryer was not working, no hangers or water. The next day, I requested room service before I left for the day. When I returned, my room was not cleaned. They offered me a complementary buffet dinner to compensate for everything so I went down to dinner, to find there was no food left at the buffet. There was lots of people standing around looking for food. So I asked the staff if any food was coming to which they replied, they weren’t sure. So I went back to reception to ask about the food and they said yes, food is there now. So I went back to the buffet to find they had replenished two dishes of the entire buffet and a mad rush of people trying to get out those 2 dishes. So I left. Terrible hotel, terrible organization!

The walls are paper thin, we had to call the reception to complain about the occupants of the room next to us who were being so loud at 4am. Other than that the hotel was great.
