哈斯蒂娜时尚酒店 (Hastina Hotel Lombok)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

the room was nice, the location was good but i dont think the bathroom had been cleaned. also, there were no amenities as advertised, restaurant etc.

My friend and me stayed in this beautiful hotel for one night after our Rinjani climb. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, with the concierge manned by polite staff who speaks decent English. Our room was spacious and even had a small balcony furnished with seats and a table. The bed was very comfortable and we both had a great night’s sleep here. A couple of downsides though. First, the Wifi uses a login page and disconnects ever so frequently. The internet speed also slows down after some time. Second, there seems to be no hot water during the night since I switched on the hot tap and waited under the cold shower for more than five minutes to no avail. It’s ironic that there’s a sign asking us to save water when we had to wait quite awhile with the shower running before realising there’s no hot water coming today.
