归仁芙蓉德蕾斯酒店 (Fleur de Lys Hotel Quy Nhon)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

I am gonna rate five stars for all. Just only thing which makes me rate 4 star is that the staff has authorised a maintenance guy to enter into my room without my consent due to miscommunication, which is unacceptable. The other thing is room is not sound proof enough as during the night kids and drunken tourists are so annoyed, which can be fixed. Otherwise, all is good for me. Good location, good restaurants are nearby, easy to access to anywhere in Quy Nhon, and staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommended.

Bathroom has broken shower and the staffs are not friendly. I would not recommend this hotel or would not stay here in the future.

Good location, just opposite the beach. Breakfast buffet has a variety of choices. Overall good value for money.

The pool is big, but it starts getting dirt, as I can see the algae developing along the walls.

The layout on the website can fool your eyes. The hotel maintenance is horrible. The bathroom has mildew. The breakfast area is very dirty, with food everywhere on the floor that you can easily slip on. The coffee is really cold, and the staff wouldn't bother to make a fresh one or warm it up. Local families with kids are very loud and noisy. There's a man on the phone with his speaker on while eating breakfast, showing no common sense or courtesy. The staff should have come and told him to lower his voice. They used their hands to get food and spilled it all over the counter and the floor, the staff didn't bother to clean it up. 90% of the guests are local from Vietnam, and 10% are visitors like us from another country. The hotel lobby, hallways, and elevators have no AC throughout the day. If management doesn't improve these issues, the hotel will turn into a 2-star hotel and qualify for local visitors only.

I stayed 3 hotel in veitman. There is nothing to complain but to praise. I definitely go to thier chain hotels again.

Good location, the beautiful beach is right in front of hotel and local markets behind. I will be back soon

Couldn’t fault this hotel. From check in to check out it was perfect.

Confused about receipt although it’s paid. Booked a double bed room but got a king size bed room. Breakfasts were good.

+ Good location, big room and bathroom. - slow check out
