Peter and his staff were very warm and welcoming. Comfy bed. Delicious breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay. We took the bus into and back from the downtown part of Inverness easily. The hotel isn't the newest, but the bed was more comfortable than some other hotels we stayed in during our trip to According. The staff were friendly and helpful. My guy really loved the haddock at the restaurant, and the free breakfast was nice. It was a bit hot during our stay (very uncommon), so while a fan would have been nice to cool is down at night, we got by with an open window. We'd stay here again.

Excellent value near inverness airport. Clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good basic standard.

Parking easy very later arriving but Staff were there waiting for my arrival excellent thank you.

The hotel is very clean. The staff is wonderful and will do anything to help. They even stayed way past the normal end of check-in time because our plane was so late getting to Inverness. I would definitely recommend Smithton Hotel!

Friendly staff who did all they could to accommodate us.

Plenty of parking. Thin walls, though, which meant you could hear everything, and I mean everything people are doing next door. Convenient location as the start of our travels in scotland. Rooms were right size for our family. Staff was amazing! Breakfast was better than most placed I'd say. Would stay again.

I had to be booked in for 10.00 and the kitchen closed at 8.30 so had to go out and the bed was smelling of dampness and when I came back from eating out I had to phone for someone to let me in not ideal after driving almost 150 miles so I’m afraid I will not be using the Smithton hotel in the future the bar was also closed early so I couldn’t get a drink when I came from eating out.
