Staff were nice enough, except the night guy who told me I must be screwing up my computer because the internet works fine. When it did not work in our room. He was super room. Found out the next day the internet HAS been a problem and the nice front desk clerk apologized for the guy before. So that was nice.
The beds were the least comfortable beds I have ever slept in.

The staff were welcoming and friendly when we checked in. The staff were knowledgeable and able to give us directions to the sites we were interested in visiting. The room was clean. It was nice to start the day with the buffet breakfast.

Great place, convenient located to visit Siena, super friendly staff Cosima greeted at us the front deck with such a welcoming smile, it made our stay so much better, she even offered us a best western rewards card to accumulate points, also great breakfast selection! Must stay
