This hotel was amazing. After getting off of a 9 hour flight, we arrived to excellent service from the very start. On the way to the room, we were given a quick tour of the property as well which was very nice. The room was excellent; very clean, spacious, and a very comfortable bed. We received a welcome dessert and port wine which was a nice touch. The outdoor bar/relaxing area was very nice. The food was great and the server was so helpful in heling us choose a wine good for our palates. The grounds of the hotel were so nice, we took lots of pictures and enjoyed walking around. The service and the people are really what makes this hotel the best. We would absolutely recommend to others.

Excellent rooftop pool, the most comfortable bed, so comfortable in fact that we had to ask them what mattress and topper they were using. Perfect location for higher end shops & restaurants, family friendly but not overrun by children.

While it is beautiful, I’m not sure it was worth the money. I stepped on glass in their pool and was bleeding enough that it ended my pool time and they barely acknowledged it. They offered me a bandaid well after another guest had already helped me out and that’s about it. No attempt to look for more glass or clean the pool. That just put a poor taste in my mouth. I do expect excellent customer service at this price point.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The property is beautiful and immaculately maintained.

My favorite hotel anywhere.

This hotel truly impressed me! Traveling with a toddler had me worried, but the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

The large family room was an incredible size! Perfect for a family of 4. Modern and chic! Having an outdoor pool at the hotel was a huge plus. The valet, lobby abd check-in staff were INCREDIBLE. Friendly and attentive. The hotel location is A+ and truly a unique property. The areas for improvement: the restaurant staff seemed to need more training and service confidence. The restaurant service was a little awkward. The patio was also lacking some pizzazz. The gym is minuscule and was very hard to find even with signs (I would never assume it is inside the private spa while the spa is closed). Some of the hallways and pool areas could use some TLC and added maintenance. But overall A+ and I would go back!

I really loved my stay here. The staff was very friendly. Only thing I’d say is the breakfast is a little pricey and the spa amenities should be available all the time.
