Traveled with our toddler and we loved this hotel. Great kitchen, playground for kids, grills, basketball court, and updated pool. Staff were so sweet and attentive. Walking distance to beach. I would stay here again. Great balcony views too

The play and pool area were nice and clean. The room was out dated but decent for the price. The worst part is the elevators I spent more than a half hour waiting to get on one always full. When checking out the time was 10am however the cleaning people are knocking at door at 930 asking if we are done and then sitting outside door waiting.

Pros: parking is easy and super chaleap-50 bucks per stay Location is good. Cons: the room is very dated, very squeaky murphy bed, uponenterance very strong old humid odor that reduced significantly once we started running a/c and fan. Ventilation in the hallways is non existent - neighbors couple rooms down cooked and we would get some intense and very unpleasant smells into our room and if we opened the door into the hallway- it was extreme throughout. So really, the positives were-parking, location, and price.

Last minute booking. Great value. Great location.

Everything was as expected at the price point of the unit. Nothing fancy or disappointing. Check-in was easy; parking in Waikiki was a steal; the unit was clean (we did not see any cockroaches). But the office general manager (Rochelle) was the best part of the business! We had an issue at the unit, and she went out of her way to deal with it. She was very polite, professional, and absolutely wonderful, actively trying to deal with the issue. I appreciate that a lot.

Incredible location! Just steps from beaches and plenty of food and shops. As a family, we loved the flexible layout of the room—with choices to create room divisions and privacy when desired. (Very important for our teen, haha.) Kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. Great amenities on 6th floor…lots of BBQs, seating, a tennis/basketball court, and pool and 3 hot tubs (although the latter were often crowded!) A bikeshare is right out front. We also borrowed boogie boards, beach chairs, and an umbrella from the property manager’s office on the 4th floor. So convenient!

The staff was very responsive in a timely manner. They provided a good detail of information needed to check in and out with ease. All in all it was a smooth process, the room was comfy and had most things one needs during their stay.
