This is a modern hotel close to the bus stop to Venice and a short walk to the train station. Very pleasant staff. It's about a half hour walk into the pedestrian area of Mestre which I would recommend if you come back from Venice early enough to enjoy it.

Good option to visit Venice! Good transportation (Bus, Train) from hotel to the historical center of Venice and back -1.5Eur/person each way. Have Tea-maker in the room, great breakfast, Less expensive then in the center of Venice

Stayed for 4 nights. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and spacious and decent breakfast. Great value, would definately stay here again. Location is perfect, bus stop across road and station around the corner about 5 mins away for sasy access to venice.
