Value for money, facilities are well upkeep too.

it is a very good stay as the staff are friendly, with simple but delicious breakfast and not to mention in the mid of kota tinggi city. The only cons i would say is the parking lot.

1) very strong smoking smell, even though i book non-smoking room, ash trays were provided indicating smoking is allowed. It was stated that all their rooms were non-smoking, then why provide the ash trays? i developed a flu after taking in the smoke for 1 night. 2) no wet/dry area in toilet, the whole floor is wet after a shower 3) 1 of the toilet door is not aligned properly, resulting in unable to fully close and lock 4) toilet door opens loudly, i was jolted out of sleep when someone else went to the toilet in the middle of the night 5) i saw cob webs under the stairs above the single bed 6) breakfast is pathetic, might as well don't provide

Absolute value for money. Clean and tidy rooms. Friendly staff. Simple breakfast. Will come back again whenever we are in kota tinggi

location easy to find, room is clean in general, seems newly renovated. Breakfast is provided, although not very fantastic. Just that the family suite toilets are glass and door is difficult to close.

Overall stay was good but the only things is the cleanness. Both time I've stay here there is always have the same problem. In our room there is used mug and spoon. Also there is dirty bathroom. Hope the management will take this as a serious issues.
