We were on the first floor, which was practically a basement since the building is on a slope. The front went in on level ground, but from the back, you had to enter down about 5 very steep stairs. The room smelled musty and moldy, which is pretty gross. There was a thick layer of dust on picture frames that were hanging in the rooms. The floor futons were not padded at all. The one bed was shockingly firmer than sleeping on the floor.

This was our third time staying at Gyerim Sanjang Motel, and once again, we had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The owners of Gyerim Sanjang are always so considerate and warm-hearted. I always feel safe here and it was a very relaxing and pleasant experience. It is clean and safe. I highly recommend this motel 10/10! The owner of the property was very nice and helpful. The room was basic, but comfortable. Only negatives were lack of nearby restaurants and the handheld shower holder was approximately five feet high. Also note I did not see the hotel name in English anywhere, so a bit difficult to find without Korean alphabet knowledge.

방이 정말 예쁘고 편안했어요. 샤워 수압이 더 강하고 홀더가 좀 더 높았으면 좋았겠어요.

Always a pleasant stay

Located in a quiet area close to the river with hiking trail. Near a bus stop. Good place to stay.

5/5!!! This was a very good place to stay with my family. We arrived very late at night after a long flight and the owner greeted and warmly welcomed us into the hotel. The motel is very clean, warm and cozy. We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The owner is amazing and very kind! She will do her best to help with what you need. I would highly recommend to stay at this motel! Thank you very much for the fantastic service Gyerim Sanjang Motel! 우리집같이 편안하고 정말 잘지내고갑니다. 감사합니다.

A decent place to put rest for the night. Great price.

Easy to find with Naver maps App in English we used Expedia and their map link via Google is flawed Nice host allowed early checkin as room was ready... parking no problem. It is an old but charming building ....would stay again

Was here for the Spartan race. Was perfect for the occasion. The ajjama was super nice.
