Not a good experience

There aren't a lot of options for breakfast, but everything else was AMAZING! The cleanliness, the service, the piano in the lobby, and the closeness to Supermall! Just amazing!

The staff are friendly but the beddings were not in good condition and not so clean as well. There's a lot of good food just accross the street, so it's very convenient.

Room is pretty decent for the price, location is great as well. Bedsheets were a little stained but overall still comfortable. Lift was a little slow and room walls were pretty thin. But still, overall pretty good value-for-money.

Room was clean, good and friendly staff

Walls are super thin. You can very much hear every person opening the door to their room on your floor. I could hear people sneezing in the other room. Didn’t sleep for 3 nights because staff didn’t really want to give other guests warning even though they partied all night for the weekend. Definitely will not be staying here anymore. Room also smelled like smoke in the morning because even though I booked a non-smoking room- the room next to us was a smoking room. Exhaust fan was broken and all the smoke just went to our room. Very very disappointing stay.

Nice Hotel closer with shopping mall

Location is ok, close to Pakuwon Mall and eatery area and National Hospital. Room cleanliness is not up to the standard. No window / no view...towel is smelly....

My Girlfriend said it is not a very nice place to stop
