Lovely stay.Hotel on the Promenade and handy to shops and facilities as well as the Pier etc. Room good and recently refurbished. Other comments also say rooms adequate size and bathroom compact but fine. Plenty of teas and coffees in room which is great. Car park fine at back and no extra charge. Breakfast was brilliant with hot English breakfast buffet and lots of choice of cereals, fruit, cheese, ham, pastries which we were very impressed with. Staff all helpful. Yes definitely recommend and stay again!

Friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful full English breakfast with lovely selection of food. Rooms were clean and tidy with well stocked toiletries. Hotel has its own car park

Great service from the team throughout our stay. Really helpful. Great sea view from our second floor room. Limited parking to the rear but always found a space out the front. Good sized room, plenty of wardrobe and draw space, bathroom could do with updating (loose floor tiles and rusty radiator) and cleaning could be better. Location was perfect.

The room was always clean and staff were attentive when required, the parking was limited and I was lucky enough to get the last space. Breakfast was excellent and staff exceptionally helpful and friendly.

We had a very nice stay. The room was clean if a little small. The shower was tiny though. It's great that they cater for dogs, even letting us have breakfast in the bar so as not to leave the dog alone in the room. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Limited parking at hotel but could have reserved a space when we arrived. Our room had a good sea view overlooking the bay. There is a reception desk open all day, very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Will certainly book again

Yes parking was easy and yes our room over looked the sea

I was given a room on the first floor and even though there is a lift, to get to the room required going up and down two flights of stairs, which was difficult with my luggage. The person at reception did not offer to help me. I had a twin roe om which was quite nice, but the bathroom was very small. One of the reasons for choosing this hotel is that it was listed as having a restaurant, however, upon arrival I was informed that it has been discontinued. The location of the hotel is good as it is in walking distance of the train station, the promenade and the Llandudno Pier. The best feature of the hotel was definitely the breakfast which runs from 8-9am. One of the kitchen staff who helps at breakfast time, was one of the friendliest staff at the hotel.

Welcoming staff, excellent location close to everything. Very comfortable bed and nice warm, clean room with beautiful sea view.
