Apartment had view over gardens and balcony faces west so you get the afternoon and evening sun. Quiet at night but still close to main hotel, restaurants, shops and beach. On main bus route so easy to catch bus to Las Palmas or Mogan and also to the airport. Second time we have stayed at this resort, easy walks along beach front and not too crowded.

满意 Beach was horrible. Not easy to access. Water dark and very wavy. Staff were nice. Rooms clean but run down. Food was awful and always cold. Desserts always the same and tasteless. Tourists were very rude. Many safety concerns noticed. Tripped on some thing in the ground that wasn’t marked. Lighting poor. Many stairs for ppl who are disabled or with babies. Shower leaked. Door lock jammed. No accommodations for late check out. Spa was great but you have to pay extra. Water could have been warmer. Many screaming kids in the adult eating area. Pool and dining room no where to sit. The waiters take your food before you’re done. I would never stay here again.

We stayed on Las Pitas for three days. We had great time. I really recomended and will be back. We didnt pay a lot for room but we have everything from Maine hotel. Breakfast was like a feast. I never experience suche a good brakfast. All Staff great. No waiting and people around very polite. I recomend for families as there is a lot to do for kids.

Overall was a very good stay, albeit I must say the beds were very uncomfortable. Two single beds for a couple and with those top up very thing and soft mattress that aren’t really a mattress and are horrible for your back. Bed frames also had breaks that were not working so the frames would also easily move.
When we checked in we were told the pool closing time was at 7, however I got in the pool at 17:55 and got told off by the maintenance guy telling me pool closes at 18:00 and it is o my in summer it closes at 19:00. Gran Canaria is a sunny island and I think the pool should always stay open until 7 so that people can take advantage of it.

It was so hard to check in. So many steps to get to the property. Hard to find parking in street. Property air conditioner was not working fine and was noisy. Property was far from beach and swimming pool. Over all that was waste of money.

Liked heated pools, entertainment program, mini town around , view on the ocean, variety of options how to spend your time. The apartment was just fine and quite well equipped. You feel safe and the whole complex maintenance is of good quality.
