Beach view what you see is what you get

What qualifies as luxury accommodation? The apt had cheap ikea style furniture, pleather chairs and rusty balcony furniture. The couch was concrete slab with cushions on it. The swimming pool was nice, and the staff friendly. But definitely no more than 2* accommodation. Would not book again

Beautiful view, very clean room and the staff were great. Directly on the beach.

On the positive side there were lovely beach views, excellent staff, and it was a great location close to everything in Palm Cove. There were nice touches like complimentary chocolates in the fridge on arrival. The things that weren’t so good included: the hot water in the shower never got past warm, the aircon in the main bedroom didn’t blow cold air when set on cool mode, the towels were small and thin and it was impossible to block out the light by closing the Venetian blinds. Additionally, the room was directly opposite the chapel so privacy was limited. Overall it was good but expensive

Fabulous rooms - large, roomy and very quiet, excellent customer service - complimentary chocolates and champagne provided, the location was perfect and 3 fantastic pools. We look forward to our next stay.

Spacious and clean rooms.

Room could have been cleaned a bit better. Needs a deep clean. Unfortunately we experienced bugs in the kitchen, lounge and bedroom. We found the towels a bit

Only issue that the stairs everywhere was not mentioned even the room was on two floors otherwise great
