You must stay here while visiting Heidelberg. The view is simply breathtaking. The staff extraordinarily accomodating. They could not do enough for us. From check-in to our departure all we heard was "Yes." and "What else can we do for you?" Daily breakfast was outstanding. Everything from meats, cheeses, olives, cooked to order eggs and so much more. Presentation was a 3 tier etagere display filled with everything you could desire from smoked salmon to fruit, even a strawberry smoothie. You cannot do better than this Boutique Hotel. The only mistake we encountered was of our own making. There is a a similarly named hotel that we first went to. Make sure you have the proper address. Lesson learned. We've stayed at a number of 5 Star hotels. Every one falls short compared to this one. Enjoy your stay. They even have complimentary bikes to use to help you further explore this quaint little town. Can't recommend them highly & strongly enough! You'll love it. Book it now and ask for room #3 on the third floor. It's a postcard view you'll never beat or forget.

The suites were fabulous ( I stayed there twice), large, comfortable, clean, had robes, slippers, great soaps and lotions, coffee maker, water kettle, little kitchen area.. the best accommodation I've ever had in Heidelberg. Great delicious individual breakfast tower with german breads, fruit salad, meats, cheeses, etc. AND WONDERFUL, helpful, kind staff.

Luxurious and delightful property by the river, just across the bridge from old Heidelberg. We loved the beautiful decor, the robes and slippers, comfy bed, cozy sitting area, and plenty of books to read! The breakfast was next level- everything you could want after a morning hike up the schlangenweg or up to the Schloss. Or both. I recommend you do both, one at sunset and one at sunrise 🌄🌅 the TV didn't work so well, but ee didn't care because Heidelberg is entertaining enough!

I love the location and the view of the castle from the room. The staff are very friendly and they clean the room everyday. Most of all I enjoyed all the complimentary snacks and drinks. Breakfast is also amazing.
