Well situated

Absolutely faultless from start to finish. Beautiful accommodation, lovely friendly and helpful staff, great location. What more can you ask for? Perfect base for a few days away. Thank you all, Mark & Paula

Everything is great about this hotel, expect only for the location (close to the metro station, that's nice, but also close to some adult shops).

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome. A special thank you to Vrimal at check-in, who was incredibly professional, warm, and efficient. She set the tone for our entire stay with her kindness and attention to detail. Wrencylle, who assisted us during the last two days, was also wonderful and attentive. The facility was very clean, and the location could not have been better. Everything within walking distance, and public transportation was easily accessible. Although the surrounding area may not be highly recommended by some for the nearby businesses, I can honestly say that for me and my young adult daughter, it worked out perfectly and we felt very comfortable. The only small constructive note would be regarding the shower design, as water tends to splash outside the shower area. However, we understand that improvements are already underway. The espresso machine in the room was a delightful and unexpected touch. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would gladly return!

I was excited to stay here as the property is beautiful and the rooms themselves are lovely. However, several aspects of my stay were disappointing. On my first evening, I was told by reception that there was no room service available and that I should order Uber Eats. The following morning, I saw a room service menu stating service runs from 11am–2am, which left me feeling confused and misinformed. One evening I returned early due to heavy rain, hoping to relax with a cocktail at the bar, only to be told cocktails could not be served despite being advertised on the menu. As a solo traveller, this was particularly disappointing. I was also surprised that the spa price of €90 for two people remained the same for a solo guest. Finally, after dropping an earring under the bed, I was shocked to see how dusty it was underneath, as though it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Overall, while the hotel has great potential and looks beautiful, the inconsistency in service and cleanliness did not reflect what I would expect from a four-star property.

I had the best stay at the Artemisia Montmartre. The staff was so accommodating and warm. This hotel was in a very convenient location with the metro being only a short walk. I will be back to Paris and will recommend this hotel to anyone.
