一般 Room was not very clean after being told the supervisor needed to approve the cleaning in a several step process during check in. Floor in room was sticky. Decorative pillow on chair had a stain. Shower floor looked unclean with dirty grout and the room smelled like dirty mop water. The sheets seemed clean. Checked out less then 30 minutes after checking in and was told to contact expedia for a refund. They then reached out to the property with no response. Was asked to contact expedia another time so they can try again. Underwhelming hotel experience with an overwhelming aftermath. I will not be returning to hotel. Also disappointed in expedias response. Hopefully will go better next trip.

一般 First of all the reception does not pick up the call for any inquiries…the property was dark and not welcoming…
The room floor was concrete I have never seen a hotel just like this. The carpets under the bed was extreme dirty. There is no proper set up for the washroom. Felt so bad to book this hotel and there was no cancellation and we checked in late so unfortunately we have to stay in the property for the night.
Will not recommend to anyone…
