Room was stinking. Bathroom and wash basin was getting choked. Fridge wasnt' working

Looks good but that covers the flaws. Bathroom leaks, not much cleaning, inedible and not fresh breakfast plus rude and unhelpful staff. Not worth the money.

Enjoyed the comfortable be and very good breakfast. Staff was very helpful. Two problems, indoor pool could only be used by paying spa guests and that information was not clear in the description of the hotel. Also our window was completely blocked by a building that was less than one meter away. No view or natural light.

Very clean rooms, stuff is so friendly. The breakfast buffet was amazing!

Not so good

The room was nice and comfortable. The staff at reception were super helpful and spoke English which helped greatly.

worst stay, was given a room, large room as it was but the room is not what it looks like. the coffee station has never been refilled with tea or coffee, tv was totally disconnected, needed multiple calls to unresponsive and incompetent front desk, bathroom in the master’s bedroom is terribly ran down(wall paper wall and ceiling are peeling off and left hanging without being fixed, cold and hot water are not working, debri, boxes are everywhere in the lobby, restaurant which makes the area like a warehouse and bad odor upon enteringbthe hotel, out from the elevator to hallway. called the attention of front desk about above issues but little to slow actions.

It was our last day of the long journey. Quiet! Clean! Comfortable! There was nothing to complain! If I got another chance to visit Almaty, I would book your Hotel. Thank you!

The breakfast was poor. Cold rice and fried zucchini. All other serving trays were empty.

Staff charged me an extra 50$ for having 2 guests over
