One house staff was very friendly and helpful. One of them was not

We had a great stay at Rivamare on Lido Island in Venice. The location was very convenient — just about five bus stops to the waterbus, which made it easy to get to Venice and the other islands. The breakfast was great, especially the cherry pie and homemade cherry marmalade, which were terrific. Our room, Room 31, was perfect for two adults and one child. The elevator was a big help, especially with luggage, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel in lido. Beds and AC was perfect. Awesome restaurant right across the street with beach access. Overall great

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. But the bed was HARD. I would not stay here again because of the bed.

Everything perfect. Decor a bit outdated - only negative.

L’hôtel était bien, sauf l’accueil où le préposé a l’accueil semblait faire du zèle avec nos pièces d’identité. Prendre pour acquis que dans cet hôtel la seule pièce d’identité valable est le passeport alors que partout ailleurs en Italie, nos autres pièces d’identités gouvernementales étaient admises.
