成都香格里拉大酒店（太古里店） (Shangri-La Chengdu)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Stayed a few nights at the Shangri la in Chengdu. I’ve stayed there many times over the years for both business and travel. It feels like home. The staff are always wonderful and accommodating. Shout out to Morgan Li, one of the concierge staff, who was very helpful with suggestions for getting around Chengdu and good conversation. He was very concerned about me standing in the heat(very hot in CD on July) while waiting for the taxi he called for me on my final departure from the hotel. I will always stay at the Shangri la when travelling to CD.

They only let you pack bread and fruit if you don’t want to eat breakfast in the dining room and watch you like a hawk. I should be able to pack one box of breakfast of my choice for my kid if I paid already.

Great location, good amenities, beautiful river views.

Amazing staff! Was really good at helping translate to my language! The door man helped me purchase a new suitcase delivered to the hotel, as mine broke on my journey here! Can not recommend the front door staff enough!!!

Great breakfast. Excellent location.

The staff was overall courteous and helpful, though wasn't asked how my stay was. The gym was very good and clearly the person in charge knew their stuff. The breakfast buffet was great, but the nordic techno was not the most conducive to calm digestion. The location was absolutely perfect imo, near taikooli, great view of the river and bridge, lots of neat little shops nearby. The room and building wear clean and grand. The tv was oddly positioned vis-à-vis the bed and no airplay support. The shower drain needed to be cleaned and had an unpleasant urine smell. The spa service was sub par and better off trying cheaper alternatives nearby.

Very good location and good food

Clean room, excellent staff

Good location, nice night view of Anshun Bridge and surrounding areas. Decent walking distant to Chunxi Road and Tianfu Square & People’s Park from there. Staffs were nice and helpful.

Excellent hotel. Even staying an extra day due to how great the city is. All staff and people in the city are amazing.
