Found property not in a great shape. Experienced water pipe leakage one night. Good location though.

Great location on busy pedestrian street between two Metro stops- Sol and Opera. Very walkable and many dining options surrounding hotel. We heard the breakfast was good but opted to dine elsewhere due to lower prices. Great tapas place almost across the street. Fire alarm went off at 3am second night...

The location is amazing, the staff super friendly and helpful but the elevator was on maintenance so up and down from 1 to 6 floor in just one little mini elevator was no good at all. Beside that was beautiful everything

Great location, very clean

This is a very small hotel in the central part of Madrid. Although it is very small, the bathroom was very well kept and user friendly. The staff was nice and helpful in all the areas. By the way, I would like to extend particular thanks and appreciation to Ruben at the front desk who helped us with enthusiasm and had been really helpful. There are a lot of shops/restaurants nearby. A point to keep in mind: taxis and other motor vehicles can enter the area only before 11 a.m.

Room was nice and clean common areas were not well maintained elevator was broken! Gas smell all over common areas !

Great location Laura was the best receptionist ever. Very helpful and accomodating AC was not cool enough but otherwise good hotel

A terrific hotel in the middle of everything. Had a comfortable quiet room. Helpful friendly staff. And definitely go for the breakfast option!
