This hotel is not qualified for 3 stars hotel. Elevator was very stinky. Room has spacious and balcony., but floor was so dirty and faucet was full of stains.. tile in bathroom is dirty and dirty mark on the floor .. I stayed one night, but don’t think coming back.. Customer service was not friendly.

Wouldn’t stay again. Bed was too hard and uncomfortable. Hot water took 20min to heat up each time we needed to bathe. Receptionist was okay, but house keeping guy was very rude. Room and toilet is big though. Still okay for one night stay, but will not come back again.

The hotel was clean & friendly staff. I was not happy about the parking for car only. I had to park in other property which cost 70000vnd / night. This should be note/shown cleatly on booking website for client options

We stayed at Rex Hotel for 3 nights with our 2 children. We had 2 queen size beds. Bathroom is good size, shower not great but pressure, but still okay. Room had a safe, but only tiny. Didn’t fit much more than passports. Rooms were a good size and clean. Towels were a little dated and could do with freshen up, but all in all- we were happy. Quiet street.
Staff are great and really helpful.
