The room didn’t have a window. Linens were dirty and in general the whole room wasn’t very clean. The shower couldn’t stay still. The soap was missing. Smaller than expected. Great location

El hotel es de dimensiones reducidas, pero ofrece un ambiente agradable. No obstante, durante mi estancia el baño presentaba fallas y no funcionaba adecuadamente. Sería importante que lo revisaran para mejorar la experiencia de los huéspedes.

Everything was walkable and convenient. Not perfect however becuase of the location it is a good place to stay.

Room was clean. However, the washroom had a very unpleasant smell, coming from pipes or something, which makes the room smell. It helped to close the washroom doors, but I had to put up with the terrible smell each time I went to the toilet.

Clean room and good staff. The only problem is that the washroom doesn’t have ventilation.

Poor staff support, a lot of noise

A great hotel choice. Many nearby bars and restaurants. The staff were fantastic and helpful when needed. The AC was very much needed and hotel nice and clean.

There was no window in our room and the walls are paper thin. The location was amazing, it's in the centre and was super easy to get to things.

Very old building with renovated rooms. Lots of stairs. Plumbing is a problem with property. No coffee in room and no breakfast options. Dealt with 3 different front desk staff. One was very nervous (maybe brand new). Check in took 30 minutes (4 rooms). The other 2 agents were extremely good and helpful. I don’t think they have a maintenance staff which led to us having to change rooms. Location excellent for restaurants and shopping but it is in a very narrow alley. Street noise a problem late at night.
