If I had known that there were 62 steps upstairs to my room I would not have booked( I am 80 years old). There were no instructions for the coffee machine and no milk either. Bed was comfortable but the sloping ceiling hard on my head ( 1.8mtrs tall). Disappointed.

Chambre spartiate mais fonctionnelle. Pendant le séjour, le chauffage de la chambre est tombé en panne, mais le problème a été résolu rapidement. En revanche, à deux reprises il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude à l’étage.

Found this place absolutely delightful, and wish I had booked 2 days so I could explore what looked like a lovely town.. Room was lovely, clean, comfortable. My only "issues" were 1. The parking is on road parking, which is fine, but you could end up parking quite far down the road like I had to. 2. The stairs. I battle with stairs and there were 4 flights to get up to my room. So, if like me you battle with stairs, this isn't ideal for you. But otherwise, absolutely delightful!

Lovely hotel , host very helpful and friendly. Lovely location. Douai is a beautiful town with plenty of shops.
