The hotel is beautiful and the staff was very friendly. My room was not as clean as expected.

This was the most beautiful property up in the hills, but only a couple of miles from the city center. The breakfast was great as you sit outside looking at the gardens and surrounding country side. The room was very clean with a great view of the hilly area. Very friendly staff made us feel welcome. The hotel even has a complimentary shuttle to get you closer to the city center. Oh yeah, the coffee machine was awesome. Just push a button to choose between American coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, and other choices. Can’t say enough great things about this hotel/property. Just left for Paris, but already missing Florence and the Art Hotel Via Agape! This is a must stay!

This property is absolutely beautiful and amazing! If you want to relax while enjoying a beautiful scenic view, this is for you. If you want to walk around and explore, you can do that too. The staff are incredible and treated us very well. The shuttle to and from the hotel is a great amenity. The only complaint that we have is that the bedroom walls are a little thin and you can hear neighbors if you have them. Other than that, everything else about this place is awesome. It's up in the hills and out of the hustle and bustle of Florence and is quiet. We would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel and property is like out of a Hollywood romance or princess movie! Staying here is going to be a core memory for me. At times, it seemed like we were the only ones here. Our first day, I roamed around the garden during the early evening, and I was in complete solitude for at least an hour. During my stroll around the property, I saw a fox run past me, which just added to the storybook feel. Our family of 4 arrived on a Thursday and left on Monday. We had the Della Duchesa Suite and they had 2 single roll-away beds prepared for the kids. The A/C works great, which is hard to find good A/C in Italy. The breakfast buffet was included in our suite and was absolutely delicious. I didn’t want to leave.

Great place and beautiful stay in a hill side villa.

Very beautiful Villa near Florence. We even did a little pre wedding shot at the hotel, it’s so cute. Also dined at the hotel which was nicely priced and tasty. Nice breakfast options as well. Would be amazing if they have a pool as well.
