My kids and I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very nice and clean. Directions for checking in were clear and the staff was very helpful.

I did not see anyone/ employees. I did not know how to get open front door. Another guest told me to use QR code. Luckily my phone works in Florence, the first time (to get second floor access). When I called the hotel again, to reach an employee, my call did not go through. I tried to call via the website and using country code, no luck. I wish I had known prior, about how to access entry into the hotel.

Wondering staff. Apartments need updating and bathrooms are barely functioning. One had no hot water. Needs a paint job and updated cleaning and bathrooms

The stairs were horrible to get to the room. The beds were not comfortable and there were bed bugs. I had bug bites everywhere so it pretty much ruined my trip to Italy. I would never stay there again and recommend you don’t stay there either.

Nice place, nice staff

Location was good to get access to major attractions in the city. Poor housekeep. Hearing that towers were aupposed to be replaced every two days, we placed used towels on the bathroom floor after the second night, but they were placed again just by folding. It was hard to see hotel staff.

This hotel doesn’t have laundry (false advertising) no elevator,you have to carry your luggage to the 2nd floor

This place is listed as less than a 10 min drive to Florence airport. It’s actually at least 20 mins. Parking is very complicated and you can hear your neighbours very easily. The host asked for exact arrival and departure times which I provided and then they sent us to a parking lot that would not be open early morning in time for when we needed to get to the airport. This forced us to find another lot and took an hour out of our already very short visit to Florence. Atleast they helped us find a solution.
