Deluxe garden units in need of upgrades (gaps in door jams made easy entry for mosquitos). Pool view rooms in excellent condition. Staff very nice and very helpful. Especially helpful front desk manager Ai Rin. Thank you for your extra help. Much appreciated.

No good No good

Stayed in de luxe bungalow haha maybe 20 years ago! Daylight coming through ceiling very easy to open door without a key as so much of a gap just swipe abit of plastic through it. Staff not smiley friendly as one expects in Thailand. No atmosphere in the hotel whatsoever

Great location, Good breakfast, friendly staff, pool good, Room dated, in need of refurb. Room was not made up unless a card was left on door handle, so don’t forget! Paths around the resort were trip hazards with broken paving WiFi was slow and often not working

Location is good , room was a average not worth the value, and wifi intermittent, very weak, not working.

Overall nice. Very near to walking street and beach. Restaurant in bundhaya resort is good and price cheap. I live in superior bungalow, many mosquitoes, next time will upgrade to deluxe room (more nice and near swimming pool). Staff are helpful and good service. Will come back next time.

We stayed in the garden deluxe bungalow. The garden and its surrounding is beautiful and peaceful. Good pool with jacuzzi. Massage is great with friendly masseuse. However, the breakfast can be improved with more food choice. Location to walking street is just 5 mins walk.

Staff were not friendly at reception during check in and check out. Totally ruin our experience in this hotel. The chalets are too crowded and small for the price we paid.

I was on the island for a couple of weeks so had walked past here a few times and the outside looked so inviting with Xmas decorations, some sun loungers so they expectation was high. We got a bungalow for 3 people, so small, no room to move around. It’s an extra bed that they put into a double room. Shower pressure not great. Safe not working in the room had to ring twice for someone to come and fix it. Couldn’t keep the mosquitos out as there was gaps in all the doors in the bungalow and no nets, so woke up every morning with another 20 bites on my feet and legs. All wooden so very dull rooms, had a the look and feel of a sauna. Breakfast was not great, small selection of foods and no pastries, felt very unsatisfactory after it. Pool was nice good temperature, put very few loungers. Over priced for what you get, I could only recommend this room to a couple if they got it at a 2 star hotel rate.
