The floor was in poor condition and the TV is outdated.

Conveniently located close to the Vatican, Trastevere, and most of the main attractions in the historic centre. Property is very clean, nicely decorated and with very friendly hosts. Thank you for a great stay!

I don't like their local tax payments and managed method.

满意 This property comes up as a hotel and a bed and breakfast and is called "suites" and it is none of those things. It is a room(s) in someone's apartment. It did not provide breakfast (though I guess you could pay extra for it). I did appreciate that the owner saved a parking spot for us upon request but I feel it was false advertising. Call it what it is rather than listing it as a hotel, b&b, or suite.

A safe and affordable option that's not too far away from most of Rome and Vatican City's best sites.
