大都会酒店 (Metropole)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

It was a clean, comfortable, and warm stay at Metropole!

Decent stay. Breakfast is not great but will do. You have to walk outside to get to the breakfast area so dont go out in your slippers, especially if its been raining. (when it rains, water collects in the outside area) Walls are on the thin side, so if you're a light sleeper, make sure you have ear plugs. Overall, its good enough given the price.

good and value for money. staffs are nice. lifts and floor lobby could be better

The friendly staff, easy check in and guest service

Nice hotel and good food. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

The service was bit slow otherwise the stay was pleasant

clean and comfortable, although there was some damp on the walls.

Decent hotel at a good location, have stayed quite a few times and not disappointed

Overall environment, stuff, food are good. Also it is easy to get transport from the door of hotel. You may taste best sweets & street foods of Kolkata in front of the hotel. Hospital , Cinema hall and pharmacy within a walking distance. You can also shop around at nearby place Gariahat for fantastic collections dresses.

Nice comfortable stay. Staff are very helpful and take nice care of guests
