Very friendly staff

Amazing stay, amazing staff. Close to a lot of great spots. Will stay again in the future

帰省のタイミングに利用しています。 お手洗いや洗面台等の設備はどこも清潔で、スタッフの方の接客もとても丁寧なので、毎回満足しております。

Lestel is at the perfect location. Its lobby/dining area is stylish and well maintained. The washroom and kitchen need a little more frequent care as not all the guests clean after themselves. Overall this is a good choice when visiting Naha.

가격에 비해 매우 훌륭합니다. 친절하고 깔끔한 숙소. 게스트하우스라는 한계가 있지만 가격떄문에 게하를 고르신 분들은 어쩔수없는 점입니다

Shimasho-ne room does not include a private bathroom as stated on Wotif’s page. Wotif has not responded to feedback about this. Accomodation was clean. Staff friendly. Room had pieces of cloth cheaply draped over windows as opposed to having curtains. Pillows were very thin and bed made squeaky noises.

The bunk bed is made of wood, when the guy above me moves or coughs the bed would shake. I couldn’t sleep. The staff gave me an upper deck bed. Other than this everything was fine.

The staff were super friendly and helpful ! Great service and drinks from the bar. However the listing showed that our room had a private bathroom which it did not in reality. Further the pillows are super flat and lack comfort. Would definitely stay again if these are improved !

部屋もシャワーもキレイで良かったです。 宿泊場所はトイレまでエアコンが付いているので気温で不快になることはなさそうです。冷房効きすぎて寒いとかはあるかもしれませんが。 長期滞在だったので洗濯機、乾燥機が1台づつあるのが助かりました。 店の前の目立たない場所に灰皿があるので喫煙者はそこで吸えます 敢えて難点をあげるならシャワーが温かくなるまで少し待つ必要があるのと、シャワー室から脱衣所に出たとこに足ふきマットか珪藻土バスマットみたいなのがあると有り難かったです。 雨でしたが、屋根付きの商店街の中にあるので飲食店までの道の大半は傘無しで移動できます。ただ、夜は飲み屋以外の殆どの店が閉まります。ちなみに飲み屋はせんべろメニューが充実しているところが多く、飲める人は特に困ることはなさそうです

What I liked was the professional attitude of the staff, especially Miyako-san. I liked that the beds have blinds for privacy. However, there were times it was noisy. Mostly in the evening and late at night due to the construction sites nearby. I wished they disclosed such information. Unfortunately, the worst part is the fact that neither the owner in Hokkaido and the interior designer in Tokyo made incredibly clueless uninfomed decisions. They did not consider ANYTHING regarding the neighborhood and surroundings of the hostel they wanted to open. People in the immediate area of the hostel are 99.999% are elderly, retired, and a few homeless elderly. To say the least, despite the look from outside, this hostel was designed with no respect for the local population in mind.
