Close to train station and restaurants. Older style and small room but comfortable enough. If you want better you will pay a lot more.

Room was very small and the fan could not quite make the heat comfortable (on the top floor under the roof)

No A/C, but there was a dirty tabletop fan to keep the room cool during the heatwave

Location is great, Hotel old and worn, Rooms not bigger than about 12 sqm, bath tiny.

Close to Paddington Station but not much else to recommend it.

Came during heat wave and no AC is the craziest thing. Good location though.

Put in attic room on hottest day so was unbearable. Not their fault the following day they moved us to a basement room which was so much better, very grateful for the move. However upon returning late Saturday night the cleaners had been in the room and replaced towels and left the door on the latch the door at blown open and was open to anyone walking past maybe all day. Brought it up st the desk and where not concerned or apologetic at all. Spoilt a good stay.

There was a heat wave when we were there and so the room was so hot and the hotel provided only one small fan. They should have prepared for situations like the heat wave by providing more fans to the guests.

Arrived at the hotel to be told that my booking had not gone through to them despite my booking confirmation. Had to downgrade on a busy weekend in London to a small double room which had a broken toilet flush, carpet up and a view of a balcony piled with rubbish. No bar facilities and a very poor 'hot' breakfast offering consisting of 2 types of sausage, tasteless scrambled egg and baked beans. The guy on reception was abrupt and more interested in speaking to his friend. Terribly disappointed as this was a special treat for my sister.
