Hospitality Esperance, SureStay Collection by Best Western

We stayed 3 nights and were very happy especially with the staff. Only issue is that we were not used to the tiny shower but it was clean 😄. We had two dinners there and satisfied with the meals. Complimentary Breakfast was great too but maybe a small addition of hard boiled eggs? We noticed that there were many Chinese guests and overheard them looking for eggs. We have been to many Asian hotels and their breakfast usually have eggs and understood their predicament. Overall very happy with service and all.

From the moment at check I felt welcome. Room was so comfy and the food from there kitchen amazing. I will definitely be rebooking there in 8 weeks

The receptionist was really helpful and friendly. This accommodation is really good to stay. I would like to come again.

Great location, complimentary continental breakfast, clean room, close to town centre

I probably wouldnt stay here again. The restaurant is overpriced and so is the hotel. I opened my curtains this morning to find a strange man lying face down on the grass. Like he was waiting for something. I called reception but she was inclined that this wasnt the first time. I felt so unsafe. She didnt even say she would call the police. Then she told me that there were unpaid restaurant bills on my account and I had paid for everything prior. Not impressed at all.

The room was very clean, the housekeeping service is thorough and the customer service is nice. Overall a great stay and a good location for tour pickups and convenience for shops/places to eat

Good location, nice and quite

.

Standard motel room, no complaints but was expensive (busy night in Esperance and not many motels). Nice continental breakfast included.
