Nice place, far away from the city center. Pretty view. Some noise issues at night from dogs barking, roosters, etc.

Excellent service very nice staffs.

Very good hotel with excellent stuff . Nice spacious room , good buffet breakfast. Clean and comfortable, we enjoyed our stay

I’m impressed by the excellent service. Staff is professional, friendly, and very helpful. 5 stars hotel and 5 stars service.

Customer services were fantastic, all staff members were very friendly and ready to help any things which we need, the room was very clean tidy and nice view while we stayed 10 days there. It’s great hotel thanks for everything and will deal again in near future

I actually booked this hotel by mistake. I heard bad review from a family member. But it ends up a great place to stay! Not right on the beach but they do have rooms with ocean view. Excellent staff!

The room is very clean and has beautiful view. All staffs and room service are very nice and helpful. My room is included breakfast. Food is good too.

Very quiet in hotel due to covid. Room had fantastic views and was very comfortable. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was limited but due to covid understandable. General area has a lot of construction going on and you need transport to get to centre.

The views from the Ocean View rooms are amazing. I can't think of a place in the US where you wouldn't pay at least 10 times as much for a room and view like this. After an early dinner our first night we just spent the evening sitting in our room and staring at and listening to the ocean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was extensive. If I ever come back to Nha Trang I will definetly stay here again

Really enjoyed my stay here upgraded me at checkin to a massive room with spa and fantastic sea view on the 17th floor . reception staff were extremely helpful when i required assistance with a forward booking and taxi etc . not a lot of English spoken in this area so was good to have some help a few staff had attitude . but overall a well run hotel reasonably priced .
