Rooms are old

Elevator non functional except for 1 day. Hand locks were loose, water splash of bathub floor, unsafe. Loose faucet Hotel across street is under renovation the whole time during our stay. We like the spacious room and clean in general. Theattendace and employees are vey helpful, courteous and respinsive to our requests.

Room had termite shavings on wooden restroom door. Sheets were stained. Staff have good customer service

nice place to stay

I like the staff, friendly and attentive. Room is ok but cable tv channels listed on wall is not the ones on air. The a/c in the common areas ie, lobby reception and dining room are not working or at least turned off. Only one a/c unit is working so it’s uncomfortable to eat. Free wifi is only good at the front of the building. The back rooms you don’t get reception. Lobby men’s’ washrooms facilities need some TLC,

close to the beach staff very helpfull...

Ideally situated, shower was freezing cold everyday, building work next door woke you at 8am. Hotel staff were very polite and breakfast was ok. Close to beach.

Very accommodating staffs.

Very accesible the place is near in all groceries and walking only going to the beach. The staff in the hotel are very friendly.

The bathroom was a little odd. The drain was not that great and the floor area would flood. The lighting was OK. The staff very polite and good food.
