Really handy location, staff went the extra mile and put a fan in the room along with some treats. Internal decoration is lovely, and hotel is really handy, close to St Pancras and KX. Only downside was that we went during a heatwave, and the room was so hot, we couldn't sleep a wink.

wow just wow i’ve never felt so looked after by a establishment in my hole life i travel a lot and i can safely say this place has left a lasting impression on me nothing as a miss with this place! i highly recommend staying here its the perfect base in a prime location i felt safe and looked after as a female traveller that’s something never overlooked for me when booking a place. i will be back :)

The room was excellent, AC was a rare treat and the snacks and drinks were greatly appreciated. Staff was busy at bag drop off / check in but remained perfectly friendly and helpful. Zero complaints.

Small but lovely room in great location

Beautiful. With lovely personal touches

I was in a room on the top floor which was absolutely boiling with it being over 30 degrees outside with no ac just a fan but even with the fan and the window open no circulation. The room gets morning sun which doesn’t help the heat. The property otherwise is great (third floor no lift which is fine for me but worth noting). I didn’t think about the possibility of a heatwave when I booked it and it was certainly cooler on lower floors. Would visit again but not in summer!

Room was perfect for easy overnight stay after arriving on late train. Easy to find from King’s Cross. Everything ready including a kit mat in the fridge. Unfortunately rooms get very warm on hot London evenings and only fan in room.

Staff were lovely, communication was consistent with those who were working and available to help. Only downfall is that being the building it is, it's very uncomfortable in warmer weather. Double room is a small double with a small shower so be mindful that 2 people together would be living on top of eachother. Would happily return as a solo traveller!
