Staffs were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Hotel is walking distance to Gifu station and the bus terminal.
But I have to say this is the first Dormy Inn that is suboptimal on the cleanliness. Room floor was dusty, shower room is mouldy, room window has webs.

I only need it for one night and arrived in the evening. The room was clean with a shower that had nice pressure.
It was quite noisy in the hallway with other guests being loud because it was a holiday weekend when I stayed.

We arrived hotel at 2 pm, for early check in we were charged 2000 yen, in comparison with other same level hotels they charge double the price.
We were extremely excited to use the onsen, but the experience was disappointing because the water had high level of chlorine, the fumes and chemicals were irritating to eyes and skin.
